1. The campground speed limit is
10 miles per hour.
2. No overnight sleeping or sex
is permitted in Parrish Hall (Rec. Room).
3. Campfires must be contained in
the fire rings. Site bonfires are not allowed.
4. Respect your fellow campers space
by keeping your pet under control at all times and on a leash.
You must clean up after your pet. Pets are not allowed in the
Recreation Hall or Pool areas. Florida Law prohibits pets in
areas where food is served or consumed. One pet per person.
5. Clotheslines are not
permitted. Please use dryers in the laundry area. Individual
dish or clothes washers are not allowed anywhere in the park.
6. Quiet hours are from 10:00
p.m. until 8:00 a.m. Respect your neighbors and keep site
radios, TV㠡nd conversation volumes low.
7. One RV or Tent per site. One
screen room is permitted provided it is located within the site
and does not interfere with your site parking.
8. All members must provide an
emergency phone number in case of illness or accident.
9. No fireworks or weapons are
permitted anywhere on the property.
10. No one under the age of
eighteen (18) is permitted on the property.
11. Garbage is to be placed in
containers provided and will be picked up on a routine schedule.
12. No cutting or marring of
trees or shrubs. They are the property of the retreat and will
be maintained by the retreat. Do not feed any
of the wildlife.
13. No public sex. Follow all
posted rules. No bathing in the hot tub
14. The use, possession, or sale
of illegal drugs is prohibited. Any violators will be removed
from the premises and membership revoked.
15. Public intoxication will not
be tolerated. Individuals, breaking this rule, will be removed
from the retreat and are subject to having their membership
revoked.
16. No waste dumping on the
grounds by Florida State Law. Sewer donuts must be used at each
site.
17. All sites must be kept neat
and orderly according to the discretion of the Camp David staff.
Failure to correct problems pointed out by management/staff can
result in membership revocation and eviction from the retreat.
18. Cigarette butt containers are
provided and proper disposal is required.
19. Satellite dishes are
permitted, yet be respectful of your neighbors.
20. It is required that all
guests carry a towel, shorts, or some form of wrap to sit on and
to cover up with when a non-member needs to come into the
resort. (meter readers, repairmen, etc.)
21. Do not expand into an
adjacent site. Only two (2) vehicles are permitted per site
22. No digging of any kind is
allowed. There are phone lines, water lines, etc everywhere and
can be damaged easily.
23. No bikes or glass containers
are permitted around the water fountain, or surrounding area.
24. Special parking areas for
handicapped vehicles can be obtained by contacting the office.
25. No recreational scooters,
motorcycles, golf carts, 3 or 4 wheel ATVࡲe allowed anywhere
in the retreat.
26. DO NOT GIVE OUT GATE CODE TO
ANYONE. Absolutely, do NOT touch the gate. Call the office
immediately for any gate issues (344-3445).
All policies and procedures must be followed. Please take the
time to read the membership rules (copies available in the office).
Should an issue, event, someoneࢥhavior or any circumstance come
up which is not to your liking, please contact the office. Extend
the courtesy to us first; we젭ake sure the item is quietly,
quickly yet firmly resolved.
Any violations of the above listed regulations and rules may result in
your membership being suspended (Revised 9/4/2008)
